The hotel was a great location, helpful and friendly staff. They even have a little amenities closet with a ton of items that you may need during your stay. They also have a water station with water bottles which is helpful when you’re going on daily adventures around the city! The only complaint would be the air con was unable to keep up with the heat wave but everything else was great

It is a lovely hotel and it was an amazingly easy check in and check out. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. However do watch out, nothing in the room is free, not even the bottled water. Make sure you read the little price card before you eat anything.

Lovely hotel with wonderful staff. Unfortunately the toilet didn’t flush properly, and the walls are very thin, we could hear our neighbours moving the hangers in the cupboard at all hours of the morning. Great location though and close by to stations. Room was clean and bed was super comfy. Streaming on the TV did not work at all unfortunately.

Location 10/10 St Paul’s is a lovely area Amenities 10/10 for the folk who are to see the city and not the hotel as such. All the requirement needed, a few hotels could learn from you! Loved the water machine. Comfort 8/10 Staff 7/10 not much engagement or welcome at reception. More of a stare than a hello :)
