We had a pleasant stay overall. Check-in was easy and friendly, and the room was a good size. The location was excellent, with easy access to the Underground and many major attractions within walking distance. One day there was a sewage smell in the room. We were advised to turn off the air conditioning at night to prevent the room from getting too warm, but it was still very hot. Breakfast was good, but the staff in the breakfast room seemed unhappy and never smiled. There were also frequent shortages of items, including food, drinks, bowls and coffee cups. Overall, a good hotel in a great location.
