I booked this for our week in London in early December of 2024 and the room was great, the location can't be beat really and the staff were so lovely. I made a mistake when I booked on the bed size and they were super nice and got us into a room with the right bed. The hotel is nice and cozy in a non-touristy area very close to Victoria Station so it makes getting around super easy. Easy walk to the Buckingham Palace as well. Loved it and would definitely stay there again!

Service was great and the hotell was nice. The shower switched between ice cold and boiling hot, so that wasn’t great. And we heard everything being sad (and done) and every time someone walked outside our room or opened doors in the hallway it was very loud. Rhe bed was fairly small so ingrid fell out of it in the middle of the night. But other that that it was great! Nice bar, nice people and nice placement right next to the station.
