Tophams was an excellent location for us to have as home base in London while we explored. It is convenient all of the major sites we wanted to visit. The hotel has a swanky Modern English aesthetic with thoughtful fun details. The staff made our stay A+ especially our front desk host with the long bob hair and glasses. The location of the hotel is very convenient, just 10 minute walk from Buckingham Palace and 5 minutes from Victoria train station/ tube station. Both Rafaela and Katherine were excellent! They made check in and check out a breeze. They were both friendly, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel itself was lovely and provided a quiet, and safe respite from the hustle and bustle of London. Heartfelt thanks to Alba whose kindness and exceptional service began before we landed by answering questions and arranging our arrival taxi. She and the other staff gave us a warm welcome and treated us like we were family. This hotel is conveniently located near Victoria Station which made exploring different parts of London really easy. A special shout out to Rafaela for bringing help, energy and kindness to the evening shift. Thanks for arranging our 4am taxi to Heathrow. Only 2 things that added charm to our stay but I want to point out is that our shower was a little temperamental at times and turned very hot at will and the elevator only holds 2 people so may require a couple of trips with a lot of luggage and guests.
