I’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the years and always found them to be very accommodating. These last two stays were as expected although on my last stay (November 13th) I found the wi-fi was not up to its usual standards, but the room was very good and the tv remote worked better than the previous time, I think the remote just needed new batteries!!! Other than that I would always recommend this hotel.

The front staff was great! The bar/restaurant staff was not however. They need to bump up their customer service skills. I'd suggeat more electrical outlets in the bathroom/rom. Overall a very nice hotel though!

Arrived first day was ok tv not workong properly. Kettle not working gave me another it was leaking 3rd one not working. So i gave up Asked for a fan and still not one after 24 hours . Basic and ok for a night
The queue for check in was huge but moved quickly, bar service was a bit slow and they did not tell you that you get a different pizza if ordering the promo. Air con is useless and did not cool the room at all. But it was clean and the bed was comfy
