The hotel is clean and comfortable. Our room was bigger than the average in London. Location very good for tourist purposes. The sofa bed was terrible. Everything else was really good.

I stayed at this hotel with my Wife for the weekend. Arriving on Thursday and met with staff who were helpful in getting checking in. Room was extra clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and slept like a king. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to anyone. Central London and close to transport routes.

Great location and quality throughout We stayed here for a weekend and came away really impressed. The location was ideal — easy to get to and close to everything we wanted to see. The room itself was well appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and it was wonderfully quiet, which made for a really restful break. Overall, a hotel we'd happily recommend and would stay at again.

Our stay was perfect with helpful staff who always had a smile, the room was a grey temperature and very clean.

6/10 Good

The washroom had no exhaust fan and the extra beds were not made. The reception is at the same place as the coffee shop so it's pretty chaotic. Staff was nice and helpful. I requested to change my room and they gave me a room we preferred.
