I wish there had been a full-length mirror and better Television options. For most of my stay only one of the three elevators worked, so there were long waits and crowded rides.

I ask for a room with a view, and i was pleasantly accommodatied. Location was right off from times Square. Room service was early and the staff was friendly. Even late night requests were honored. Will stay their again

Older hotel, remodeled, but you can still see the wear and tear. THE CONS...Rooms are small & the elevators were extremely slow. There was at least one of them shut down/not working the entire length of my stay. THE PROS...Even though the rooms were small, they were very clean. The bathroom was surprisingly updated and really nice. The bed was very comfortable and the location was amazing. Overall, a good place to stay that I would recommend to friends.

The condition of the hotel was what we expected for the price. The location is excellent to see shows. Staff was friendly and attentive, with Julio being the superstar. He is a consummate host and bent over backwards to make sure we had a pleasant stay.
