Everyone was very kind. The hotel was in a great location. Walkable and also close several train stations. Had lunch twice and both times the food was delish. Clean, clean, clean!!! Bed was comfortable and loved my mini espresso in the room. Also had great drinks from 2 different bartenders. Would stay again 😊.

Have stayed here twice now, once with family and once solo. Great hotel with a boutique vibe and great amenities. The spa with sauna, steam, pool, and gym might be my favorite thing about it. Staff friendly and helpful (one front desk staffer recognized me from stay 18 months earlier). Location is hard to beat, close to Holborn tube station, and easy walk to Covent Garden, Soho, British Museum, supermarkets, restaurants and more. If this was part of a loyalty program I care about, I'd stay here every visit (and might still anyway).

The room has not been dusted for a while, my child has allergies and the dust exasperated that. There was work going on in the hotel, many of the wall seemed to have exposed wiring which were left hanging without any suitable covering. The staff were great and so helpful both on arrival and departure.

Lovely hotel in a great location for central London. Holborn tube station is a few minutes walk away. Covent Garden is about a 10 minute walk. The hotel is decorated with a few more arty kind of aspects which is a nice change from the usual type of standard hotel. Our room was well cleaned and the inclusion of a little Smeg fridge was good for us to keep things cool in the warm weather. The pool is lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. We had the buffet breakfast each morning which was a good selection. The staff were really friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay again.

Great location, lovely big room and huge bonus with the pool !! My little girl loved the popcorn and sweets on arrival ! We will definitely return on our next London trip !
