We enjoyed our stay! It was a very busy hotel though so, it was best to be patient and give yourself enough time to check in and out. We did not get our room cleaned even when we asked them to, which was probably due to how busy the hotel was.

Wonderful
I was in town for NY fashion week, and stayed overnight at the Belvedere. Everything was excellent! The staff was so professional and nice! The gentleman at the service desk was amazing and the bellmen were so helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back for September fashion week!

Best option for the Theater District
My arrival wasn’t great - room could have been cleaner and it was missing some towels, but all was good after that. Housekeeping on subsequent days was impeccable and easily worked around my strange hours. Have stayed at the Belvedere at least a dozen times and it remains my favorite choice for the Theater District. The location cannot be beat for quick access to Broadway theaters, lots of restaurants and coffee shops, and several major subway lines, including the E to JFK.

Room furniture was beat up, cabinet doors would almost fall off when open, there were multiple items of trash found in room, staff wasn't rude but wasn't friendly and one elevator was broken and the one working elevator was absolutely tiny resulting in LONG wait times. Will never stay here again.
