Trip Inn Nordwestzentrum

I have stayed at this hotel several times and always find it clean and good value for money. It is in the middle of the brilliant Nordwestzentrum shopping centre and directly over a fantastic swimming pool complex. Getting into Frankfurt centrum is very easy and quick by public transport or taxi.

Service at breakfast unfriendly and breakfast is a low key breakfast. Definitely needs improvement, not worth the money. Property is convenient, however be prepared to hear the noise from all the area around you. Balcony is useless droppings from above are expected due to structure of gutter made. TV is small but room was clean- Stayed at other locations and hotels during my trip and unfortunately this experience at TripInn hotel was the saddest part- I was happy to see my sister and ate breakfasts with healthy fresh foods and crispy rolls, and friendly family service. Would not choose the hotel again:(

Where to start? We stayed at this property 10 years ago. It seemed fine then but has declined since. First off there was construction in the facility where the hotel is located making it difficult to find the entrance using GPS. There should have been signage to direct our cab driver to access point or a note to us to describe how to find it. When I asked the front desk person about it, he shrugged and said nothing could be done. Also: - no hotel recycling - no washcloths in the bathroom (may be Euro thing) - office computer not linked to a printer so useless for boarding passes, etc. - no fitness center - no dual language instructions - front desk staff limited and often distracted Probably won't stay again

Ein zentral gelegenes Hotel in einem Einkaufs- und Freizeitkomplex. Die Mall mit Läden und Geschäften ist einfach fußläufig zu erreichen (<5min). Viele der Läden waren zwar geschlossen, aber es war alles zu finden, was man von einem EKZ erwartet. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist genial, quasi aus dem Hotel heraus in den Bus „fallen“. Die Lärmbelastung hielt sich für uns (Zimmer 4.OG) in sehr akzeptablen Grenzen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Stil ist bereits doch schon in die Jahre gekommen und so könnten manche Dinge gerne mal überarbeitet werden (Laminatdielen quellen an den Rändern, Duscharmaturschlauch relativ kurz für Leute >1,80m, etc). Alles aber nicht gravierend und nicht wirklich störend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eher spartanisch, aber es fehlt an nichts. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war nur eine Servicekraft da, die in Frühstücks-Stoßzeiten an ihre Grenzen kam. Das Frühstück kostet 12€ pro Person und Nacht. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind begrenzt. Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Parkplatz, den man sich mit 17,-€ pro Nacht bezahlen lässt. Die Tiefgarage des EKZ ist zwar günstiger, aber nur von 19:00-07:00 Uhr, sprich man muss früh raus, wenn man nicht den Tagestarif bezahlen will. Ansonsten muss man „auf gut Glück“ im Umfeld nach freien Straßenparkplätzen schauen. Fazit: Außer Den genannten Kleinigkeiten, gab es qualitativ an dem Hotel nichts auszusetzen. Teurer als 80€ p.N. Sollte es allerdings wirklich nicht sein.
