Perfect space!
Stayed here for 2 weeks while my place was being renovated. LOVED everything in this place. This place is perfect if you can't afford a hotel stay in Singapore but you still want your own privacy and comfort that most hostels do not provide. Room is spotless and beds are really comfortable. Toilets are great with high-end fittings. Kitchen has everything you need, and comes with a great coffee machine. Staff are also really friendly, and they don't bother you but if there's anything you need, just drop a text on their chat platform on their website and they will respond really quickly. I would definitely stay here again, and will definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore, especially for short trips. Location is perfect too.. Less than 5mins walk to Tanjong Pagar MRT. Cheap food at Maxwell or Tanjong Pagar Plaza.. Restaurants (affordable and high end) and cafes all over. Supermarket is 5-10mins walk too. I only wish there's an onsite laundromat, but you can get it done across the road (btw Easy Wash at Tanjong Pagar Plaza is 10x better than the one across the street and cheaper too). Otherwise everything else is PERFECT.

Need to improve check-in experience
My check-in experience wasn't too great. Took a while to get my room code and they didn't know who I am, so I had to retrieve my confirmation number and give other travel details before they could attend to my concerns. The duvet cover had some stains, but they changed it as soon as I informed them. The location is convenient. Overall it's ok, just need to improve the customer experience when checking in.
