My home in London for over twenty years of travels. I love the Pelham and recommend it to all my friends. A great little hotel and incredibly well situated. Directly across the street from the South Kensington tube station, within walking distance of the V & A, Harrods, Kings Road, Kensington High Street and so much more. The rooms are immaculate and perfectly appointed and the public rooms are lovely.

Disappointing overall and not worth the money. We were in room 208 which had outdated furniture, marks on the wall, stain on the carpet and a view out onto nothing other than a brick wall and pigeons. Breakfast was ok for £20 each but we still had to make our own toast at the buffet … how hard is it for toast to be served alongside the tea and coffee? Staff were helpful and public areas very tastefully furnished. Great location but still a disappointing experience.

From the moment we walked in we were warmly welcomed by the staff. Our room was very spacious and we had a beautiful welcome gift of fruit waiting for us on the table which was so appreciated after a day of travel. I highly recommend The Pelham and will stay there again when traveling to London.

Wonderful staff and property. The rooms are beautifully designed and appointed. The staff is absolutely wonderful. When we visited it was very hot, it was nice having air conditioning in the room.
