Disappointing overall and not worth the money. We were in room 208 which had outdated furniture, marks on the wall, stain on the carpet and a view out onto nothing other than a brick wall and pigeons. Breakfast was ok for £20 each but we still had to make our own toast at the buffet … how hard is it for toast to be served alongside the tea and coffee? Staff were helpful and public areas very tastefully furnished. Great location but still a disappointing experience.
