This hotel is not located in the best neighborhood; you can't walk around at night, which is probably the only downside.
The room rate is low: it does not charge a resort fee, and it does not charge a destination fee, hotel parking is only $34.
Parking is very convenient: if you call in advance, they will assign a stall for you. It is easy to get in and out.
Location is great for a business travel. Budget and finance and the legislature building are within 2 blocks. You can walk to Chinatown in a few minutes. Marugame udon is right downstairs.
Room has some ages, but it is spacious, with a small kitchen included. It is about 2x size of a typically waikiki hotel. AC is a bit noise, but it doesn't bother me. Elevator is super fast, considering it has 40 floors.
As mentioned, when I walk downstairs at night, I realized it is not the best neighborhood, so this hotel is probably not good for a tourist.
