The hotel okay with a lot of pros and cons. Casitas are far away. A lot of walking. Rix sports bar and cafeteria food was very good. Staff very friendly and helpful You must allow a lot of time for the bus It is a Disney Mid level property. The parks were amazing.

Such a great place. Wonderful room facing water. 2 beds and 2 sinks. We used the transportation to disney springs. Very easy. We had our cars so parking lot convenient. My only suggestion is to have cart for bags.

Honestly, never had a bad stay here. I’ll give them credit their staff is beyond friendly and even though we were in the rancho buildings we would call up for a trolly and they would come pick us up and bring us to the lobby very quick. Always talkative, smiling and friendly. Disney really knows how to make people feel special and happy. We love staying here. I think it’s very budget friendly. Clean rooms and spacious. We were a family of four

Very Disappointing Stay – Not Acceptable for a $1,000/Night Resort Dear Management, I am writing to express my serious disappointment with our recent stay at your resort. When booking online, I specifically selected and triple-checked that our room would have two queen beds, as we are traveling with two very young children, including a 4-month-old baby. Upon arrival, however, we were given one king bed and a sofa bed instead. Because of the baby, I had to sleep on the sofa with my other child to avoid the risk of rolling onto the infant during the night. This is not a situation any parent should face, especially at a resort charging close to $1,000 per night. The experience became even more frustrating on our third night around 10 PM. We asked reception where we could get drinking water and were told that water was only available for VIP guests. The manager repeated the same explanation and directed us to the floor vending machines. Unfortunately, the machine on our floor had no water, only soda, and the machines on the floor above and below were out of service. For a resort at this price level, basic necessities like drinking water should never be restricted or unavailable, especially for families with small children. I hope management reviews this situation and provides an explanation for such poor service.

Using Expedia instead of booking directly with the resort, made the process very clunky and time-consuming. Although the resort was very clean, we were treated disrespectfully by a few of the staff members. I have stayed at Walt Disney World resorts many times over the past 30 years at least twice per year and this by far was the worst.
