Comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Warwick. We book the double with a city view, but it wasn't much of a view with all the nearby high rises. Our room was right across from the elevator so we were a little weary of the noise from it, but the worry was diminished on the first night as the room was comfortable and surprisingly very quiet even with the elevator. The only drawback was that only two of the elevators were working, so it took a lot of waiting to use it, however, we were allowed to use the service elevators which were faster. The check in and checking out process was smooth, and the staff were friendly, we'd definitely stay here again.

I like it for what it was more than for what it is

I have stayed at Warwick often the years. Not what it was prior to Covid 19. No more room service. The great breakfast buffet (once the best in NY) is gone. Randolphs not open for late lunch. It has the history & location and, good staff, but it is just not the same place it once was.
