Note that there is a service charge applied at the property which is not shown on the hotels.com pricing/confirmation. This adds about 5% to the bill. The property is in an excellent location. Both the public areas and the rooms are modern, well presented and well maintained. Staff are very professional. We were very happy with almost all aspects of our room. A minor complaint would be the shower is over the bath and there is no way of turning it on without getting caught by the initial cold blast of water. There are also no towel rails in the bathroom which result in towels being changed unnecessarily. Breakfast was included in our deal but it was a strange one ... you can have either the continental OR one of the hot dishes. If you want both then you pay a supplement. Vegan and dairy options could be improved for the continental offering.

Clean room, very friendly and accommodating staff, the lady who cleaned our room on 2 November 2025 deserves recognition for her honesty, I accidentally forgot the safe door completely open, there was US dollars cash and a gold cuff link in it, we came back and there was not a single thing missing. The gentleman originally from Syria went out of his way to help us get directions to our uber driver, etc

We had a fantastic stay for our wedding anniversary. The check in was a great experience, staff were very attentive. They helped organise flowers, balloons and chocolates on our arrival. Lovely staff who are very accommodating- printing pictures for our room as a surprise for my husband and sending strawberries and balloons was a lovely surprise for me too! The TV was cumbersome to operate and they didn’t subscribe to tennis channel but apparently you could pay extra to get it. No outlet in bathroom for hair dryer. Love the hotel’s location, less than 5min walk to Sloane st and Harrods. Very quiet and relaxing. The room however unfortunately is run down, the windows were dirty and black like it was mould (I don’t think it was mould). Pillows aren’t the jumeriah standard, I barely slept. I do like the hotel though and would stay again for the location and ambience.
