Needs a facelift
When I checked in they gave me a room key with the number on the third floor I went up to the third floor the diagrams is to where the room was was quite complicated when I finally went down the hallway that they told me to go down they had the door propped open with an old towel and the numbers were going in the opposite direction as to what I needed I went back downstairs rebooked another room that I could find and that room was much easier to find The hotel though was very rundown The lobby was great if I had a choice I would have slept in the lobby but the upstairs floors and carpeting was quite rundown

Very old hotel needs some serious renovation. Also no water pressure in the restroom. Pool was not heated like they claim. Everything looks dingy and old. Terrible place, will not stay here again.

My departure flight from Edinburgh, Scotland was delayed, causing me to miss my connecting flight in London. I would arrive too late to need the hotel as I was connecting on to San Jose. I tried to cancel my pre-paid hotel room at Four Points Sheraton LA but was unsuccessful. They refused to refund my money because it was pre-paid.

I had a short interval between my flights so I chose this hotel because I found it to be safe and easy to shuttle to the airport. In my experience, the employees from the front desk to the housekeeping were all very nice. There were a few ants around the room and bathroom but I didn’t get any bites so hopefully they were harmless.
