We were very comfortable at our stay. The rooms are clean and quiet. The elevators, lobby, and breakfast area can get very crowded and busy in the morning to the point of being uncomfortable. The breakfasts were of good quality and the fitness room was clean, bright, and well equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Like most hotels in this area and price range, the rooms are small but have what you need. The breakfast was top notch, but you do need to get there early. There seemed to be a lot of people in the lobby at all times, which was concerning especially considering that the location is little far away from the theater area, so walking back at night was sketchy.

Hyatt place is well located and very close to Times Square. Everything went well very neat and tidy rooms. The only issue I had was with the shower where the hot water was not working properly and the shower was very slow when we moved it to hot. Otherwise satisfied with the service and stay.
