When arriving at the Hotel on Thursday I found I had that I hadn't actually booked when I thought I had but this was no problem to Nicholas at Reception. I quickly booked online and he sorted a room out for me immediately. He was kind and courteous and very undertanding. This is the 5th time I have stayed at the Vic Hotel and will stay there again.
