This booking was fraudulent and I am horrified that you are contacting me to provide a rating for this stay. I did not book this stay or travel there and stay and it was charged to my credit card by another person who stole my card number. You have been incredibly insensitive in working with me to get this canceled and it refunding me a cancelation fee when I asked for this stay to be canceled since I didn't book it.
