Every time I visit London I stay at this hotel. It is my absolute favorite. It is located in a quiet area but also close to the Tube and places to visit, places to eat, and shopping. It has an amazing breakfast. The hotel is always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at the Holiday Inn Kensington High Street. We had a king suite which had a comfortable bed, nice sitting area, small fridge, and nice size closet. The breakfast buffet was the best we have ever experienced. Staff was friendly and helpful. Finally, the location was perfect, a block to the underground , shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Great stay, clean and comfortable room, helpful staff. Hot tub was out of order which was a shame, and check-in experience was not the quickest- however the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly so I think it is a process limitation as they got me sorted as quickly as they could. Would definitely recommend for business or leisure as convenient location, great room and overall very positive experience.

I was here for one night and as such I can't comment on a lot of the ammenities, such as the bar, restaurant, Spa etc.. as I never used them. Plus points - Check in was quick, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel and room were very clean. Good location for restaurants and travel in the West London area. Minus points - The room, which was on the first floor was located by an area where the refuse collection arrived at about 5.30am and the noise was very loud. It was impossible to sleep for about an hour while the collection was going on which was unfortunate. The design of the room, meant that one wall was angled and at a point where the corner of the bed was touching the wall. This meant that for the person sleeping by the window, they had to climb onto the bed in order to get to the bathroom or clothes cupboard which was a pian, especially in the night.

Upon arrival, we were told to come back at 3 to check in. Well, no room at 3! Except a small room with tub. We took it with promise of a walk-in shower room the next day. They moved us to a new room WITH A TUB!! I went downstairs and waited for a shower room the next. Third room was fine! Then billing: I prepaid fully. I added breakfast for our 3 days and they billed our room charge again! It was resolved 2 days after checkout. No one could handle on the spot. The hotel is nice, great location, good breakfast and nice room (finally), but not sure we’d ever book again! Cheers.
