Dirty
The room was very dirty and smelled strange. The couch, bed, and bathroom were noticeably dirty and the non-slip mat in the bathtub was ripped and pulling off the floor causing the shower to feel gross.it was my second stay here because the rooms are interesting looking, but both stays were not great and I probably won’t be back.

Not worth it
The woman that checked us in was so rude and short, gave us answers to our questions like we were already to know it and that we were morons. Made checkin a frustrating and already putting a bad taste in our mouth. Check into the room and the tv won’t turn on, the fridge isn’t cold and there is matted hair in the shower. Lights won’t work, there is only 1 outlet by the 2 beds and the only other outlet is on the other side of the room. Disappointed and annoyed that I paid this much to get this kind of an experience. There is a gap at the top of the door to the outside. You can see light from the outside.

The service was great!! Bree helped me when I got there and she was awesome!! Welcomed me like if we knew each other for years!! That’s a great feeling to get when greeted by anyone. Other than that the only issue I had was the shower. The drain would not drain and the water took a while for it to drain, but other than that. It was a good stay!!

Horrible stay!
This was the worst stay at a Wyndham hotel. The bathroom was dirty & had a bad smell & the carpet was stained. The walls are so thin you could hear the neighbors clearly, one woman sounded like she was in labor & it was embarrassing. In the morning I discovered the sheets weren’t even clean & there was different hairs on the bed. It was disgusting. I will never stay here again.

Hotel looks like someone forgot to finish the construction. Exposed wiring, concrete walls and shotty workmanship for what is done. Nothing like the photos.

No sleep due to train
I stayed at this location for work trip. There are 2 buildings of rooms for this location. The Silo building is newer & updated, but it faces the metro link train. The train is loud & disruptive at night. The closer the room that is by train tracks the louder the noise…especially the first floor! The original building is older & furniture needs updating The train runs until 9 or 10pm …making it difficult to sleep. I did ask to be relocated but was told that there wasn’t availability. I stayed 3 weeks in a row. I couldn’t take the train traffic at night.

Horrible
Room was dirty. They never sent housekeeping for cleaning or even rearranging. TV had only one channel. The phone did not work and there was no communication with reception or anybody.

The room was clean, but the amenities looked outdated. What made the stay only 3/5 was the fact that the curtains were sheer and as a single female traveling alone it didn't allow for much privacy or security because it felt like anyone could be watching you sleep. The outdoor light was on and kept shining in the room. Secondary the walls here were so paper thin and I just kept hearing people walking by and talking. Let's just say I did not wake up feeling rested.
