The construction noise (Mon - Fri) was like sitting next to a jackhammer. We were called and told we would lose water for a couple of hours and got another call that talked about emergency evacuation of several floors of the property. We were also told that the construction had been going on for two years, with no end in sight. I'd avoid this property until the repairs are completed. The unit does have great ocean views, but it's too noisy to enjoy them.
