Excellent location, very clean and helpful, friendly staff. We arrived early and they were very accommodating in letting us access our room early as had already been cleaned and concierge were more than helpful in looking after our bags after we checked out so we could enjoy the rest of our time in London without taking our luggage with us.

Great value. Very nice neighborhood and area. Off the beaten path. Great neighborhood pubs, coffee shops and dinner nearby- also underground right around the corner if you don’t want the relaxing neighborhood spots.

8/10 Very good

Lovely hotel. Well positioned. Amazing staff. Comfy bed. Appreciated bottled water in my room. Excellent toiletries. Good breakfast. I would have liked to have had a separate bin for recyclables. I would also have preferred a walk-in shower rather than a dangerous shower above a large and deep bath.
