Best Stay
Checking in was fast and it was wonderful that they spoke English. Our room was nice. 4 stars for cleanliness because the bathroom vent was very dirty. 4 stars because we could not figure out the remote to adjust the climate in our room - even with google translate. It would be nice to have instructions in different languages on how to adjust the climate. For the most part our stay was pleasant and the staff was very nice!

Definitely glad that I stayed here in Umeda, rather than closer to the chaos that is the Dotonbori & Namba areas. The hotel is extremely well located and close to Osaka Station & Metro. Excellent public transport links, food, and shopping nearby. The room condition was a bit worn and exceptionally small & our air conditioner would drip onto the limited floor space that we had. That being said, the staff were extremely kind and helpful and I really appreciated the coffee in the morning! Overall, a decent budget-friendly pick in Osaka.

An affordable and nice hotel for travelers
An affordable hotel that I recommend to all the travelers. The room is not big but new, clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the first floor is delicious whichever it's Japanese or American type. The hotel is close to the Umeda area where is the most popular and convenient area in Osaka for the transportations and entertainments.

The restaurant at the first floor is a hidden gem, with a nicely made and served Japanese breakfast. The chef is very attuned to the guests' preferences, allow me to say the cup of tea on Monday was finely brewed. Thank you.

I liked being in Chayamachi. The station was a bit confusing, but the woman in the tourism office in the Hankyu building was fantastic. The room was fine, but it had a funky smell. Checkout was super easy. There are several convenience stores approaching the hotel.

Located near Umeda and Osaka station. Good for travelling. We arrived early and were able to leave our bags. Good amenities. Rooms are spacious and clean. Only negatives are the pillows contain feathers (seems to be common in Japan) and the bathroom fan was very loud and vibrates the whole room…

Overall it was a decent stay but the property could use a little updating and maintenance to improve functionality and cleanliness.I booked a room with 3 twin beds and there were no bedside tables to place cell phones or small items. In addition, the bathroom had mold stains on the ceiling probably due to venting issues.
