Tanjung Benoa’s nightlife shares the lower-key atmosphere of neighbouring Nusa Dua. Though clubbing and late-night hangouts are few and far between, there are still plenty of great ways to have a fun evening here. And while most establishments close at midnight, some restaurants take on a bubbly bar and pub scene where you can stay on after dinner for some great live music.

Being a popular resort area with families and packed with places to stay, many of the nightlife highlights are found inside hotels. You can expect more than just hotel bars and lounges, though, with a bit of variety and spice to be found after the sun goes down.

    Luna Bonita

For a night out with live music, Luna Bonita on Jalan Pratama is a great choice, especially as it also offers tasty food. Positioned right between Novotel Bali Benoa and the Grand Mirage Resort, the menu includes local Balinese and Indonesian cuisine as well as an international selection. Linger on after dinner with great company and sit back and relax while enjoying the live acoustic guitarists onstage.

A bar presents a good selection of cocktails, and the venue also throws in some cultural nights with traditional Balinese dancers performing. If you’re not requesting your favourite song, other nights you can join in and get loose and shake your hips to tango with the Balinese dancers, too.
