Spend 4 days 3 night. It was comfortable but unfortunately the service was a bit unexpected. Had to call house keeping to make our room everyday. We left early in the morning and back after lunch and the room was not made.

Very poor experience all round including with Hotels.com Hotels.com advertise this hotel as 5 Star. That is a blatant misrepresentation. The hotel is very old, very dated, understaffed, poor food, very poor rooms, bad electrics and a service level you would expect in a Motel. The staff tried their best however they are clearly undertrained and although very nice way over their heads. One even tried to take a picture of my Credit Card in his personal phone. Refunds are an horrendous process which is not helped by Hotels.Com’s horrendous performance in this regard also. Do not pay in advance, do not pay in full before you see facilities and complain to Hotels.com about the mis representation.

Stayed Dec 2021. Due to the pandemic, guests are not many. Therefore 2 restaurants in the hotel are being closed. Breakfast requires 24 hours prior booking excluding American breakfast. However hotel itself is cosy and clean enough. Compared to busy area like Sanour, Nusa Dua area delayed recovery from pandemic, many restaurants, spa and other shops are being closed.

The hotel is nice..! The pool is the best part of the hotel!! I have been there last year and breakfast was alright, everyday the same stuff but.. This year the breakfast was very poor with no changes at all.. even if I expressed my thoughts about it.. I got as answer “because there is no Chinese guests here” Everything is very expensive cocktails 15$ Beer 5$ Just in front of the hotel you get it for 2 bucks!!! I really hoped to see at least a little improvement but it didn’t happen... I won’t return as there are many other beautiful hotels in that area...

My first solo holiday was nothing short of brilliant. This is the property for you if you want a quiet holiday with access to the most amazing restaurants. Happy hour by the pool is great and I loved that it included fresh coconuts. The room was fantastic and very clean! The amenities were great - even the gym which I was using in the mornings. The on site spa is divine - thank you for the discount on arrival. A special mention to Giorgio’s (italian) and Nagisa Izakaya restaurants (Japanese). Both of these restaurants used the freshest produce and I enjoyed my two times dining at each. Could not fault the service or food - it was AMAZING. 10/10 for Hotel Nikko - thank you I hope to be back again soon
