While Jimbaran is more popular for seafood dining and sunsets, there are several fashion boutiques, jewellery shops and speciality stores where you can find retail therapy and stumble upon unique souvenirs.

    Jenggala Gallery showcases ceramic arts and exhibits by Jenggala Keramik, one of Bali’s leading ceramic producers. An excellent stopover if you’re interested in arts and something different while out and about in Jimbaran, it also hosts regular exhibitions from international ceramic artists, sculptors and painters. 

    Children can sign up for Jenggala Gallery's 'paint-a-pot’ workshops. There’s a coffee shop right next to this large contemporary space, as well as a retail outlet selling glass and fired-ceramic tableware.

    By The Sea Bali at AYANA Resort and Spa showcases casual beachwear by Brazilian designer, Renato Vianna. Renato takes high quality, originally designed fabrics and turns them into easy-to-wear, cool and comfortable resort wear.

    Jimbaran Market is where locals shop for fresh groceries and daily necessities in the morning. It’s located on the Jalan Uluwatu main road, just before the row of seafood cafes along Jimbaran bay. Busiest at sunrise with locals and sellers doing their hard bargaining, the market offers plenty of cheap tropical fruits and vegetables. 

    It’s often part of market tours by cooking classes in southern Bali, such as Bumbu Bali and Anika Cooking Class, as well as guest activities offered by notable resorts in Jimbaran.

    Konderatu Gallery

    Konderatu consists of antique galleries, suites, a beach club and restaurant in Jimbaran. The Konderatu Gallery promotes a collection of artworks and artefacts reflecting the rich native history of the Indonesian islands. 

    Antique items here range from masks, wayang (shadow play) puppets, traditional musical instruments, heritage textiles, terracotta and ceramics, carvings and utensils. Most of the items are up for sale and their experienced staffs can show you around the fine displays.
