Lovely Tranquillity Hotel
Amazing hotel to stay in. situated right at the beach walk, Tranquillity is the word for this hotel experience. A sense of personal space wherever you walk around the hotel compound. Breakfast was above normal 5 star hotel standard.

My family and I spent one week in Andaz Sanur. We stayed in Bali for more than 1 month hopping around the island and Andaz was by far the best hotel we stayed as it is the perfect combination of nice infrastructure in a boutique hotel. The hotel is pretty new and beautiful. Rooms are spacious, it has nespresso coffee machine & tea maker, bed and pillows are very comfortable, it’s full of details that make the staying so pleasant. They even had drinks and snacks complimentary in the room when we arrived which was a great welcome surprise. The kids Club was also very nice, my 5 years old daughter was very happy to spend a couple of hours there and the staff was kind and caring, playing with the kids and always planning nice activities (mask & puppet making, little scientist etc). They offer 2 hours complimentary per day! In general the whole hotel staff was amazing, they all Knew my daughter by name and were so nice and caring, always doing the extra mile to pamper us and make us happy. And what can I say about the food? Simply the best! Chef Ben and his team are incredible and the breakfast at the hotel is unforgettable. They serve a la cart and the food is freshly made and super tasty. Coming from Europe it was the best experience we had in Bali with breads and pastries, amazing cheese and western dishes. They even made a cinnamon roll specially for us after I mentioned the day before I was craving for it! Thank you Andaz team. See you again soon!
