Feels like a place that was world class 20-30years ago. Signs of aging in rooms and also top terrace if you look carefully. Magnificent views from my room at lvl58. Very spacious and well stocked fridge. Beds were great, but got twin, not King as ordered. Breakfast was excellent. Chefs tasting menu at Cirocco was amazing!

Food served at the restaurant was great and st night there was live music, breakfast was included and was awesome! 20 minutes walking to Obud market. Very relaxing stay

We had a very relaxing 5 night stay over new years. Staff very friendly, daily morning and night room service was lovely. Gardens and grounds are beautiful and extremely well maintained. We didn’t opt to pay extra for breakfast in their restaurant as there are so many options around Ubud. Located in a great areas close to everything. Although overcast and rainy most days of our stay we still utilised the pools, pool bar staff very attentive. Overall would highly recommend Alaya!

This was by far the best hotel we have experienced in terms of service! The staff is so incredibly kind. The facilities are perfectly maintained and you are taken care of if you need anything at all. The hotel has multiple restaurants around it that are all delicious, the room was spacious and beautiful, and we loved the spa so much that we went multiple times for treatments. Definitely book, you will not regret it!
