I was not impressed with the food particularly the breakfast . I was not happy with the room as the shower had water running outside onto the floor after taking a shower. Had flooding the first day . After that had to run the shower at very minimal capacity .. sprinkles . There’s was use of outlets for using a flatiron for my hair .. no mirrors next to an outlet to do my hair.

My minibar fridge was not working and I called reception and they did nothing. The next day I personally went all the wayto reception to ask them to change my fridge: nothing. The next day a housekeeping boy who brought water to our room, asked if I needed anything. I told him the fridge did not work. He changed the fridge within five minutes, much to my surprise. I asked for his name: Christoforus.

We stayed at Hyatt for about a week and had the most beautiful time! Bali Hyatt Hotel is by the sea where there are surfing activities and surfboards for rental, with guides, right there at Hyatt! The pool is fun and HUGE! The service is slow due to the gigantic space of Hyatt but relax, it will come. The night outdoor authentic Balinese dining at Hyatt, with stage performance is spectacular! They even have evening bazaar every day right in the hotel, along the pathway to the sea. It does liven up our stay! Breakfast is spectacular - queue was long but worth the wait. The room is comfy and ours was facing the sea - we get to watch ducks waddling each morning & evenings. Will def go back!
