poor room, data harvesting
The room, radiator not working, the thermostat was on the floor. I put is back on, didn't work. They new this as they left a heater in the room, also the towel rail on full blast to heat the room. We had to change rooms at 10pm that night. The room they put us in was excellent, newly refurbed.
I travel for leisure and business twice a month, these are shocking.
The company's method of data gathering when booking, they bombard you by text and emails to register before arrival, ok, but then they want to you to scan you ID, passport or driving licence. I have never been asked for ID in the UK. When I arrived, I was not asked for ID. this is Data harvesting. Don't upload.
