Adequate for needs
It was lovely and quiet. A cheap room with all you need. I liked the community area and wasn't aware I could cook so that was a bonus for next time. Squeaky floors but an old building. It suited me fine and location was close to what I want

it's cheap for a reason
it is not a hotel it is a hostel. it is not as pictured. only clean on the surface, just don't look in the corners or walk bare foot as your feet will be filthy.

Very budget, in need of repairs
Location within the city is great however, the whole place is a bit dilapidated. So many holes in the walls, not surprising because they are so thin, could hear every conversation in the room next door. And a little bizarre to have a shower just in the corner of the bedroom, very strange layout. But for a cheap place to sleep for the night it does the job

I dont remember seeing anything about parking, or the lack thereof on tge web page. There is no designated motel parking. Therefore paying for parking was a surprise. $36 a night means one could "afford" to book a more expensive place that actually has onsite parking. The facility was very plain. Still, a good, quiet place with a comfortable bed. Shared shower & toilet, so it was more like a backpacking place.

Terrible stay. Our first night there was no hot water and when reporting the issue we where told "I Know" Moved to another room same issue. Then 4am woken up by kids coming in from party and carried on so loud had no sleep from 4am. We asked for a reimbursement due to our discomfort and we where offered $8.90 what a joke

Room was fine and clean, very basic accommodation but I was not in search of luxury. Good value considering the low price and central location. No exterior windows, so if you like the room very dark at night will be perfect.

This is more like a backpackers with private rooms. Theres a shared kitchen and shared toilets (no toilet in your room) and then a random shower in the corner of the room with no privacy. The staff on reception were unhelpful and lacked customer service. No storage for bags prior to check in or after check out unless you wanna leave it in the corner where it could get stolen. Location is good. Would NEVER stay here as a solo traveller

Aura Hotel is different. The picture in the advertising was not what was in my room. The room felt like a concrete bunker. There were no windows, except maybe for the one in the door that had been covered over with cardboard. That's when I realised the room used to be an office. All of the rooms in my block used to be offices. Some rooms had their own ensuites. Mine didn't. I had to use the bathroom down the corridor in the common room. I had to wait for a staff member to finish using it before I could one morning. There wasn't a mirror in my room or the bathroom. There was no paper towel in the bathroom to wash and dry your hands after using the toilet. The wardrobes in my room were something from a second-hand shop and there was one coat-hanger between the two. There was no chair in my room. I couldn't watch the TV as I couldn't work out how to auto-tune the stations on the TV. The milk froze in the fridge. There were no rugs on the concrete floor. The bed was good. And the room was really dark. So, I slept well. It was cheap.
