Christmas stay
Spent four days there over the Christmas holiday. The room is fairly clean very partially decorated. It’s basically a place to hang your clothes. Take a shower and sleep in a bed. The bed was adequate. I found the electrical plugs in the place to be completely in the wrong place and almost impossible to get to unless you move the bed. One of the lamps was not plugged in because the cord is not long enough to reach an outlet. Quite a bit of gap in the door, could see the light coming in at night. The ladies that took care of the room did a good job no complaints there. I stayed in room 1102 right next to the office. It was quiet when I stayed there. It’s definitely in a sketchy part of the Las Vegas north strip however I didn’t have any problem with it. In fact Christmas Day I went out and bought a bunch of egg McMuffins and gave out to the homeless people . Nobody (homeless ) ever said a word to me, and I walked up and down the north strip several times. For what I paid for it, which was about 45 bucks a night can’t beat it. If I had a wife or a girlfriend with me, probably wouldn’t have stayed there. Just being honest.

Was not told that my room was right above a very noisy nightclub open till 2 AM. Immediately went to change my room and they had a new girl working the front desk that did not know what she was doing. Took 45 minutes for them to figure it out. Who puts someone in that room without telling them?!

Don' take Amex and dont tell you until you arrive.
One night booked with Hotels.com with my Amex and also using my Onecash. Charged 5.85 in fees with Amex and rest to be charged at hotel with should total 25.00 with Onecash discount. When arriving at hotel, I was told they didnt take Amex and I had to provide another card. When I did provide the card I was charged the full amount plus what I had paid to Hotels.com. A complete mess. Never again.

Won’t be on the regular stay rotation
The Thunderbird did ok in a pinch, but it is pretty run down and leaky. You can hear everything. Also, it’s kind of isolated from any real action and walking is probably not the best option for most not willing to take their safety in their own hands.

Dont stay here
First off i waited 1 hour to finally check into a clean room and the place was a ghost town so not bust whatsoever, then after i rebooked another night they said i needed a email address?? Like for what so you can sell my info? So horrible customer service when they were present and not closing the window, so id advise dont stay here as its your trip not someone whos taking your money telling you how your trip goes!
