Nice hotel. Room was not very clean (bathroom floor was dirty, dust on walls/back of doors/baseboards) and on other surfaces. AC wasn’t great, batteries dead in TV remote and security safe. Window film created partially obstructed view. Hotel wanted to charge $40 for 1 hour late check out when we inquired so we declined…this was a Wednesday morning when the hotel was much slower and this was our 5th day in the room so we felt the $40 was a bit excessive.

Room review.
Bummer that the parking is no longer free. The room has flying moth, i dont even know how it got there. The towels are really old and worned out. The sink area is not very clean. Stains that can be clean and scrab off. Over priced resort fee, more than the hotel room price. Geeezzz, too much to pay when you want to enjoy Vegas 🙄

Great Stay at Planet Hollywood
We had a great stay with family this memorial day weekend. Michael upon checking in at 2:30 a.m. was super friendly and welcoming. The room I had requested was no longer available so he ensured that I was well taken care of with a different room. My only problem was that I had a separate reservation for the next 3 days and had to move rooms since the room I requested was not available. It would have been nice to stay in the same room the duration of our trip.

Checked into a room that was Dirty, bed wasnt made, no pillow cases, no linen, wet towels on the flloor, had to call for a new room, made us miss a reservation. Communication must have been poor among staff
