Surcharges and unfriendly service.
I feel I’m being charged for everything beyond the room rate. Parking, swimming pool, resort fee, 1 hour late check out! It’s a beautiful room but everything else is surcharges upon surcharges. If you pay a resort fee and then they want to charge you to sit on a lounge by the only adult pool??? Couldn’t get their “free” rewards card. Machine didn’t work. It’s really unbelievable the service charges.

We stayed here on the last night of a trip out West. The entire facility is very nice. The room was spacious. It helps to be a Hilton Gold member because we were able to avoid the line at check in. Also, they upgraded us to a room with a view of the strip. A great value.
