Choose Another Hotel
Requested an early check-in and it was an additional fee. Paid it as I was not feeling well, but only got in an hour earlier than anticipated. Room was in the Forum Tower, very outdated and broken down. The only water in the room was on the mini bar for a fee, they didn't have any free water in room for customers. Had to call for curtain to be repaired as it was not on the track, and not closing the whole way. This took until the 2nd night for repair. The water pressure in the shower was intermittent. The last day I was there the shower water was luke warm, no hot water. No wash cloths in the bathroom until the 2nd day as well. The smoke smell in the casino was so strong, I had a sore throat each morning from breathing in the smokey air.

It was ok
In general it was ok. When you check out by default they charge you about 200 dollar for mini bar which you did not use and you have to go to them and let them know that I only used the bottle of water (by the way they charge you almost 13 dollar for a small bottle). For check in you have to pay 60 dollar for express check in otherwise you have to wait until 4pm. Heavy smell of cigarette everywhere. Location is nice and it has good restaurants which is very expensive.

Overrated
Self parking was good becausr they had the lights that let you know what was open. They had eco friendly parking up front, but 50% of the cars were not. The elevator in the parking lot was old so the lights to go down never worked. Room wasnt ready, so instead of waiting in line got 2 queens instead of a king stating that it was newer. Room was actually old with scratches all over the furniture, carpet was dirty and scratched up. Showers had no water pressure. Sinks would not drain unless we removed the cover. Views of the front were actually of the roof of the gaming area and slightly see high roller. Half the food court was closed, but the food places that were open were amazing.

Great stay
Our stay was wonderful in exception of a few things. The hotel had great amenities. The toiletries were so boring, they were basic and practically unscented. Our bathroom had an old unkept vanity. The hot jetted bath tub was great. The bed was comfortable and the size of the room was perfect.
