A estadia foi muito boa, hotel confortavel, limpo, atendimento excelente. Único ponto a melhorar é a acústica dos quartos. O hotel nao estava cheio, então não tivemos problemas com barulho, mas se aumentar o número de hóspedes nos mesmo andar, isso pode ser um problema

O Hotel é muito clean, funcionários cordiais, destaque para recepcionista Mónica e Suelen que estava ajudando no café da manhã. Os quartos tem boa isolação acústica e copos de água como cortesia aos hóspedes, próximo ao hotel há posto de combustível e o supermercado Atacadão. Outro ponto extremamente positivo é o café da manhã com cardapio variado. Recomendo o hotel e me hospedarei mais vezes nele.

Procuraria outra opção. Estacionamento caótico, quarto apertado, chuveiro desconfortável (saída central do teto), barulho da recepção e não fez parcelamento das diárias). Não tivemos um bom custo benefício, irei testar outra habilitação.

Envelheceu mal

Os problemas começaram no check in. No momento da reserva, a única opção era realizar o pagamento pelo site, o que foi feito. Ao chegar, quiseram me cobrar novamente. Como neguei e mostrei o recibo de pagamento, nos deixaram plantados por meia hora esperando que o financeiro do hotel confirmasse. Não foi agradável. Quando reconheceram que o pagamento foi feito, tentaram impor condição pelo tamanho de meu cachorro, informação, esta, que não consta do anúncio. A atendente informou que eram aceitos cachorros até 5 Kg e que o meu, de 10 Kg, não poderia se hospedar. Porém, já me hospedei nesse hotel em algumas oportunidades, sempre com meu cachorro. Após argumentas, aceitaram e me deram um formulário, que, por sua vez, indicava o limite de 8 Kg. Fora isso, o quarto não estava em boas condições de limpeza, cheirava mal e, na manhã seguinte, ao sair para tomar café da manhã, às 10h, cruzei com 3 baratas mortas no corredor. As baratas permaneceram lá até o momento do check out, ao meio dia. O quarto, no andar térreo e voltado para um corredor na parte de trás do prédio, é mal iluminado. Colaborava com isso o fato de ter 1 lâmpada queimada. Por fim, o presunto do café da manhã estava com cheiro estranho/gosmento e o café acabou e demoraram para repor. Já me hospedei nesse hotel em no mínimo 6 oportunidades. Apesar de não ser um primor, valia o que custava. Porém, agora, o preço alto aliado às péssimas condições apresentadas, definitivamente não me farão voltar.
