The staff was very nice except front desk employees. The rooms had upgrades for sure but more needed. Our main issue was the bed which was problematic in the middle where the mattress did not join properly. The hot water kettle was working without light so had to call staff to double check. The kettle was dirty inside

Love the Rama Traditional and private resort with beautiful tropical landscaping. Staff are friendly and efficient . Not 5 star but love that it’s not perfect. First stayed 22 years ago and have a soft spot for this place. Would highly recommend. Close to the airport so great to start or end your stay in Indonesia. For surfers it’s a short walk to the boats to surf the reefs .
