Amazing hotel, big rooms, comfy beds, great location and facilities. The only small gripe would be the length of time food orders take (50 min and 1 hour both after chasing after 40 mins) and the rubbish shower gel, shampoo containers that never work. However these are minor things and I would def give this hotel 5 stars overall and definitely stay here again next time I visit melbourne

The staff didn’t know their job properly. The beds were made most days but none of the milk or bathroom supplies including towels were replenished. The swipe cards only worked some of the time making it difficult to use lifts and access your room. Highly dissatisfied considering we paid a fortune. Would not recommend.

This hotel does not deserve its 5-star status. We waited 45 minutes to check in, and nothing improved from there... Room service was unable to tell us if food would take 20 minutes or more than an hour to arrive. Hotel concierge couldn't direct us to other suitable options within walking distance. Iron in room didn't work properly and leaked on and stained our clothing. There was some kind of dirty linen piled up outside or room when we checked in. Just beyond disappointing all round. We had a very short stay in town and needed those things you expect to go well in a 5-star hotel, to go well.
