We arrived late due to the reception closing earlier on Sunday and flight delay, and got one set of keys from the box outside the reception. The unit is using double locks by sharing the same key and the top lock (dead lock) should not be used, however, nil instructions about that before we attempted to unlock both of them. We eventually opened the door after trying multiple times. Once we left the unit, and realised we can not open again. So we have to call the reception staff to come to fix it. We were told we will be charged $40 for the after hour call in fee. This can not be waived even though there is no notification before receiving the keys . This is very unfair!!!
Also based on the booking, hair dryer is included, but no hair dryer found after hair wash. We have to ask for one in the reception on the following day.
On the 1st night, we sat on the couch to eat and found there are so many sands on the couch. We have to clean it up on our own before meal.
