Booked two upgraded 45m2 room rooms for 5 & 4 days. Received one small corner room 38m2 & one 45m2. Aircon in the 38m2 corner room not working properly. Room temperature was too hot and stayed around 23/24 degrees, so didn't get much sleep. After 2 nights asked to change rooms to the 45m2, but they said no because all the rooms were booked out.

Comfortable rooms decent location but is a little old in places now so condition isn’t amazing. Service was ok although they charged me twice for a deposit as they kept telling me the transaction wouldn’t go through. But English skills was good enough to help when I complained. A very impressive large hotel with a very accommodating staff. All front desk staff spoke English. Everything is huge. Huge hallways, huge lobby, huge guest rooms, large TV and a very large bathroom with a tub and a verg large separate shower. The breakfast was very impressive with all the usual traditiional offerings, but also an overabundance of Chinese selections. Again, a huge breakfast variety. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
