Hotel is ok . Room was clean and no microwave. They have coffee machine in the room . Not hot enough to enjoy cup of coffee . When put milk it goes more cold . Last two morning was terrible. Compliant regarding this matter . Staff keep saying sorry . But no action . We approached @reception to address this matter. Asked to speak to manager . Later they brought the microwave to our room . Last night we got microwave . Next morning we check out . I wouldn’t recommend this Place . If you do please check everything before check in .

Actual room excellent. Reception staff (women) very friendly No info given about times for meals or where. Staff didn't seem to know much about shopping or other services in the area including public transport. Menu the same every day. No help provided to carry case. Receipt never received five days after I'd paid altho' I requested it at least 3 times. My dates were Tues 22nd to 25th November.
