To far away from downtown where the shops are and because parking is almost impossible to find downtown the location is not good. The room had counters that still had drink glass marks that had not been wiped off and there even was a chicken bone behind one of the end tables. Bed was clean. I think their cleaning staff needs to be changed. The underground parking only has 5’10” clearance which is tight for any vehicles to fit. The building looks great from the outside and in the lobby but extremely poor anywhere else

Surprisingly comfortable and roomy. I’ve never really looked at it but I’ll come back.

Night in Banff before surgery
The stay was what I needed, a hotel in Banff for the night. I would have preferred a room not facing the hostel next door. I also would have preferred to have an extra blanket as I was cold overnight. The phone did not appear to work. The light flashes as though there was a message but there was not one to play. When I used it to call a cab it did not work to call. I ended up walking to the hospital in the morning.
