Lousy customer service
Some of the staff at the front desk could use some customer service training. I was first given a room in a building across the street I had to drive to. An inspection turned up a bed bug under the mattress. I asked for another room , they gave me one in the main building. Why were they holding out on this ?? I could have been given this room at the outset. It was 10:30 pm at night on check in, likely they wouldn't have sold this. No apology for the bed bug, front desk person said she didn't even know what it looked like , when I showed a picture of it on my phone. Then when checking out, I told the front desk person the shower made a very high pitched, deafening siren / squeal noise for about 15 minutes. No apology, No 'thank you sir for notifying us, we'll fix it for the next customer'. Just a stone face from this woman , and she said "Ok". Then I noticed her and the other front desk person looking and smiling at each other as I walked out, like this was a joke. Disrespectful, Unreal.
