Would stay there again!
Staff were friendly. Not speaking French was an issue. Room clean as was the bathroom. Was easy to get around when you were aware of the closest metro station . Buy a day pass for metro makes it so much easier. Great restaurants near by. Hotel breakfast was sufficient to start your day. Everything fresh!!

Hotel Paris Opera Our hotel in Paris was not as advertised. No internet except in the lobby. Nothing in the guestrooms for the entire 2 weeks we stayed at the hotel.. No telephone system from guestrooms to the front desk. In fact, no phone in the rooms at all. If I wanted to discuss anything with the front desk I had to go to the lobby and find the manager. My friends and business associates could not reach me at all. Renovations were going on every day of the 2 weeks we were there. Lot's of noise and sometimes the 3 person elevator was shut down because of construction. No air conditioning, no microwave, refrigerator or even coffee maker. No ice available. Elevator did not go to the 5th floor. We had to walk up and carry everything from level 4 to 5. There is no bell staff. Very light on room cleaning. DON'T assume anything before you actually book. Do a lot of research and confirm everything. For what we received,I deserve a refund. The positive side is that it is a great location and if you lean out of the balcony you can see the Eiffel Tower in the distance. The desk staff was as helpful as possible as senior management allowed. Some of the staff were new hires and learning about the hospitality industry.

The property was dirty, I expected old when in Paris but this was not clean. I got bed bug bites, it was disgusting! I have pictures I can share if needed.

We are on the top floor (6th) the elevator only up to 4th floor and the room was too hot and there’s no AC. Not a good idea to stay here on summer time

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen in my entire life. We ended up leaving and losing our complete payment. It was dirty like it was under construction and we asked for two beds, and they said we couldn’t have it unless we switched with another person, but he had already checked in. I asked if housekeeping would change the sheets or anything and they said no that he barely spent time in his room. it was an awful situation And we had to scramble to find another hotel

Too expensive for two stars hotel, contruction while staying there, good location indeed, friendly staff, and good bathrroms and beds. They need to work in the cleaness of the hotel overall.

All the staff were super friendly. My room was great - exactly what I wanted. On the 5th floor with a street view and a little balcony and view of the tower! It was small but in good decor. Niggles - there was no hot water at 5am when I got in one time; the lift was slow and clunky but I usually walked upstairs (nice oval stairwell); parts of the hotel seemed to be being refurbished so the lower floors looked like they needed some TLC but my experience was great. Thanks

A bit dated. The rest of the building was like a construction site. On a brighter the lady who served me breakfast was marvellous.
