Very welcoming and friendly staff. I’ve stayed in a few 5 star hotels in London and Canopy hotel has had the most friendly, kind and welcoming staff so far which really stood out to us. Room service was very quick in this hotel as well, as I’ve had to call room service several times for cutlery after waiting half an hour in different hotels. Rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location was great! Getting to the parking was slightly difficult as there’s no signs, but staff were helpful when we called.

I asked at checkin for my room to be fully cleaned daily for 3 nights due to my skin condition and this was ignored. When I asked for this initially at checkout, I was asked and the receptionist asked multiple times if I was sure and made the situation very awkward. The room was ok but slightly dusty

The hotel it was really close to the train station even they are checking in time it was 3 o’clock in the afternoon. The staff was excellent! They helped us with all of our questions. The only thing that was a problem was the homeless people sleeping near the front door. The outdoor area in front of the hotel (table & chair area) should be closed off at night. There were several homeless people making their home for the night & it didn't feel safe to pass them while getting to the front door, as it was locked & we had to get buzzed in by the staff.
