Very outdated hotel
Furniture in the two rooms we purchased were very outdated. Restaurant down stairs had very average food. I do not recommend this hotel or the restaurant.

Lovely hotel close to subway stop
Fabulous hotel. Bed was ok. Room was nice. Shower was pretty tiny and the toilet was low - a bathroom update would be awesome (we had a one bedroom suite). I liked the showerhead but it’s made for tiny peeps, which we are not lol. The bar was lovely and I enjoyed the amenities and having complimentary waters on arrival. Very nice people working there. Great food. Easy walk to subway!

The usual perfection
As usual, the Kimberly provides a real "New York" vibe to any visit. The staff is always very helpful and efficient, whether you need help with the luggage or with restaurant reservations. Even though this time, our room was the smallest I have stayed in, it was still well laid out and included all the usual amenities, including their wonderful robes and slippers. It was, after all the holiday season, and it took three tries to get a reservation!

Love love love!
Super accommodating! From the moment you park your car to the moment you leave. They have valet parking. Very friendly. Close to Rockefeller and radio city. They were super sweet to my child gave her their own coloring book. Waters. And the doormen are so sweet and attentive. Thank you for a great stay.
