Perfect spot
The people were super friendly and quick. Such a cheerful feeling. Beach towel system worked well. We had two rooms.The larger had a pull out that slept our 22 & 17 year olds and a king for us. Grandparents across the hall. 4 chair deck was ideal for gathering and enjoying the diamond head view. Only negative was the lobby coffee pot which gave out and took a few days to fix.

Great location for a comfortable stay
The entire staff from check in to check out and everything between were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and well equipped with a microwave, small refrigerator, and a keurig coffee maker. Just off the lobby there is a room with a machine for making regular and/or decaf espressos. If you want something more in coffee there is a Starbucks or a small cafe right next door. The zoo is across the street. The beach is also steps away.

Great location and staffing.
We have stayed here twice this year already. The location is awesome with views of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach from the room. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The in-room coffee and mini fridge are nice amenities. The stocked bathrooms and showers make for less packing of supplies. We also enjoy the suntan lotion available for guests in the lobby. The staff is great and will assist whenever needed. We recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Super location. Offered free chairs and umbrella for beach every day. Beach is right across the street. Close to everything! A little bit dated. The hotel service charge is a little steep making final cost quite a bit more than you think. Factor this in when comparing prices of hotels
