Great hotel but disappointing service.
Great location, very comfortable room, good try resolving some problems:
The picture of the room on Hotels.com showed the same mini-kitchen facilities we had in past stays (sink, microwave, eating area, plates, utensils etc). Apparently we booked a "king room" instead of a King Studio, despite the photo showing the exact same accessories we had in the king room in our October stay. we were able to work around that, but we then found the fitted bottom sheet on the king bed was actually a QUEEN sheet; although the crew MUST HAVE SEEN it did not fit, they simply left it on the mattress even though clearly 12 inches too short to fit the mattress. It had to be changed not by Housekeeping who simply handed it to us to fix ourselves. NOT the service expected in a Marriott.
