The location of the hotel is very good. The hotel is not in best condition. In my room the bath tub plug was broken and needed to be replaced. The elevators are very slow and one of them was broken often. I had to wait 20 min to go down with my taxi waiting and finally walk downstairs carrying the bags so I don’t miss the flight.

3 nights in Chelsea
Perfect location for my purposes. The bathroom electrical situation was a bit odd in that lights above the sink were broken and there was no foldable luggage rack, hence, my luggage was floor-bound. However, everyone I encountered working at the hotel, we’re terrific.

Elevator nightmare
One of the elevators was broken most of the time so wait times were long to get to our floor. There was no creamer or sweetener in the room for my coffee, and when I called the front desk it took them over an hour to bring it. The bathroom floor was dirty.
